Pulled pork in tortilla wrap with Chipotle Sauce

Preheat the oven to 100 °C / 210 °F / gas mark 1/2. Rub the meat with salt and spices and coat with the Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Seal in a frying or vacuum bag. Place in a covered oven-proof dish. Cook for about 9 hours.

When meat is done it should be very tender and be easily pulled apart with two forks. Top the tortillas with crème fraîche and salad, then add approx. 120 g pulled pork and roll up. Top with Chipotle Sauce and crushed Nacho Chips. Sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
